Training : Absolutely Zero. Career Growth: Spent only 4 months, can't predict . Seems only oldies will get promoted for their long term association with this Global Giant !! Travel : Only Oldies can get opportunity to travel abroad though they know nothing about system , Software , equipped with writing pad and pen to provide all wrong and fabricated information to the MD. Politics : Oldies are ruling the company . They got leverage from the Management to ill treat the newly hired employees. Still working in TALLY 9 , oldies have no knowledge on SAP , Oracle not even AXAPTA. They prefer to work in the old sluggish way, don't maintain any customer data / MIS , don't know advanced Excel and refuse to accept their inability. Learning : Oldies can learn from New joinees coming from big Corporate, however it seldom happens. Work environment : Pathetic in every aspect. Innovation : It may happen in the Factory level , never have seen it at Bandra office . Oldies are against innovation.

Nothing to like. Worst organisation to work.

Dislikes

...ged labourer. No structure, no culture and no firm policies in the organisation. There is pay cut when you take a single day leave. Management has no trust over employees and hence the company and brand has no growth despite it's long existence. Hire and fire is quite common. This organisation is worst than even a distributor payroll job. Don't go by the sugar coated words of HR before joining, just after joining they would show the true colours. This company deserves to shut down.

...ere for a while, I still find the positive work culture engaging and motivating. What's more, the regular salary increases add to the sense of growth and achievement in my role.
