...a activities to lower your burden , no holidays even u feel sick , according to job they gave you less salary , but take more work even after your shift timings are over , no pay for parttime , my overall experience is average

Below average salary , career growth slow , lot of politics , no proper trainings given to employes , no work culture , no extra benefits like free transport , team outings job trainings etc..

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give you good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Rest all was good.

Employee roles is not as per the strengths of the employees Hard to get leaves Some of the departments are not aware of their roles and responsibilities No job training in finance and audit . No work life balance

...support the staffs by taking more staffs when management genuine with them they have not giving a good salary hike

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. By comparing with salary workload is more, staffs are suffering like anything. There was nobody to appreciat dialysis staffs when other department staffs are getting appreciation everymonth too but these staffs are worked hard and left the company with great disappointment

Except Salary distribution...same post same position organization is not giving same salary.....two different people working same position but getting different salary.. sometimes feels very sad to work..
