...n too bad 1. 15% variable 2. too little option available to reduce tax burden. so even if you get a good hike, chances are you would be getting almost the same inhand pay from last org.

...e of Onsite Visit. Transport and food is additional advantage (other than CTC) Good departments according to pay & learning: Engineering/Capacity than TRC than NOC. Service Delivery less pay & heavy work load.

Service delivery department : Too much work load. No career Growth. No time for invitation and idea implementation. Complete Desi Lala company however it is MNC. ** Job is Highly unsecure. Company fire every year engg. and manager (some of them served more than 10 year & fired in 10 minutes) ** Highly unskilled/ rough manger including Director in service Delivery. People coming on weekends to complete their week jobs without any benifit just to save job.

In terms of Salary and other perks its really good only at time of joining. Later appraisals are penies. Inyernal Operations Management is Pathetic. Specially Inter Operator accounting and Billing.

Dislikes

Wont recommend finance division at all. HR and Sr management looks after their subordinates rather than entire employees. Even HR does not have much grip. Its all managed by overseas client. So whoever is close to overseas client is in top management. Not saying All managers are not good. But whosoever is good they are chucked out by cunning people in management i.e. Mannu Aggarwal and Nikhil. Management doesnt gives 100 process training to managers, so people like nikhil who have zero product knowledge leads a team with his cunning manager mannu Aggarwal. Whoever question them is forced to leave the company by issuing pip. Rest Managers who have grown from bottom are always grounded. Company has nice medical benefits. Overseas projects are only for people who are good at buttering if they are team manager they go and come with 50 percent knowledge and pass it on to others which generates Mistakes and bad cuatomer service. So if you are planning to joinnonly do if you can leace everything aside and work like a horse without any quesutons. Company fires in bulk beware.

Policies are really helpful . Salary offered is also good .

If you want frequent switch/changes , this company is not for you . It slows down a bit your learning curve. But due to policies and culture , you can stay in company as long as you want

The most preceious thing is Job security which meets this requirement as well as Salary growth is nice.

If we see overall working culture, nothing to dislike. Every college manager all is very supportive and echo friendly.
