Employees after leaving the job should not face any salary problem if he or she provide resignation before salary date. I faced it because i have honestly provided my resignation before salary date because i got a good opportunity. Still now i have not got my relieving letter also. So it creates a very bad impact for the company.

The company is very good product and customer service is most important,and good business also more high dealer also and most of the point my 2 nd new manager is excellent,,,,so many things are learned and my boss also superb ,,,very supportive, I m also like and happy the employee of Colston 😘

Mainly salary I'm very disappointed 😔 Bcz I have so many work and heavy work but no increment and covid time also thats dis like

It's been a wonderful experience till date. Explored the depth of business executed with the tremendous support of every team / department that exists into the brand. I would really appreciate the non-biased nature of management and the their strongest leaf i.e Human resource. Recommendations for the one who is willing to work ethically and with dedication towards his/her role or profile. Brand serves its employees to enhance the potentials and graph out the best career under guidance of highly professional superiors.

Flaws exist in every firm / brand . So, its fair enough to accept and excel in every scenario.
