Only two persons are worst...SS and PP. no job guarantee...no increment...salary issue... 0 facilities...even they are not given any insurance and Mediclaim.. people who don't have anything his hand he can join but try to change asap...

Managing Director don't have mindset for development of organisation. Poor increment and appraisal criteria. Management won't clear F and F and gratuity after quiting job. Plant manager is too much egoistic and don't like to hear other persons. Behave with employee with partiality that different view and treatment for different empoloyees. Outdated software are used in company

Company is very good for learning. Some HOD are very supportive.

Purchase department is very worst leader. He know only he is only legend. But he don't knows he is very bad and filmy person in company. After he remove company company environment is become very good. Also mechanical HOD not good

Individuals are free to work without undue pressure is a big plus. however, assessments tend to be too subjective . communication about objectives, plans and policies are not very clear and cohesive work hardly happens.

Dislikes

Lack of consistency in policies and individualistic approaches. Leadership and motivation needs serious attention. And, decision making at single point for all issues is hindrance to smooth functioning and inhibits growth.
