...fessional reasons, not just for me most of the team. I didn't see growth at all. No need to talk about salary and is offered after pay-cuts for the initial joiners and worse is no stocks being a startup.

The work culture is good. Salary and other benefits are better the the onces I have seen in my earlier carrier

Dislikes

Management needs little transperant in terms of overall growth. Too much and less head count which makes things difficult. Attrition is high

... mobile and internet reimbursement was there only during COVID. Career growth. On time Salary. No restriction on taking holidays(specially in health issues). Medical insurance.

Worst manager/Lead. Heavy work load. Supporting people are not there. Bad working environment No friendly environment.

Since it is a startup company learning can be great. TECHNICAL People(not management) who work there are good and from them one can learn a lot.

Dislikes

Everything... Poor management : 1. They over hired 16 freshers from IITs and laid of 10 of them because they did not had any work to offer and lack of funding (Why hire in first place ??). 2. There is no proper management for reporting the work, Half of the time gets consumed in reporting to multiple peoples such as manager who assigned the work, manager who overlooks everything, guy above all this should have transparency so report to that guy also(you are wasting paid employee time). 3. Company politics is clearly visible (come on at least do not make it obvious). 4. very disrespectful behavior towards employees.

Decent work life balance, opportunities to learn and try different tools/techs with complete ownership of one’s work.

Dislikes

No incentive for high performers as hike remains the same for all. The figure directly comes from HR and the manager has no say in the numbers.
