... lot of them are from top IITs and NITs with no attitude, this is the best part. In my previous organisation there was lot of partiality in pay and treatment, some pple had caste problems too, I hated it. HR over here has done good job in taking care of all these things. Pay is on time till now, I have no issues. Completely satisfied with work.

Making us work on Gandhi Jayanthi to compensate Farmer's strike holiday.

If u are good to the company first then company is also good... HR is awesome... Understands everything ... So nothing to worry... No stress of work ... Demerits are negligible in front of merits it has.... U really enjoy the work .... Very good company

It was my first company, the company management is young, they always treated us like friends, they took good care of us like advance, pizzas, team lunches etc. The office was good with huge wooden cabins. work timing was Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, alternate Saturdays was off, I stayed there for only 4 months , I had to quit due to my head injury, boss supported me financially even after me leaving the company, I tried to re-apply recently but came to know that there is no vacancy.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike in Colorstonz, except I wanted weekends ie both Sunday and Saturday off, however, the company provided only alternate Saturday and all Sundays off.

Company had no respect towards employees work, I worked there for almost 2 and half years but wail leaving the company they literally pushed so much on me with there power over a employee, even though I was there in the company as 2d preproduction artist I had to do everything in graphic designing all the print designs, web design, application UI design, logo design and I did all this even though company had no respect towards employee, in my 2 and half years journey in that company I was the only graphic designer and 2d pre production artist in the company, but in the end when I was leaving I couldn't bare the pressure and then I Couldn't able to serve my notice period so had to pay Rs 42000 to the company as my 2 months salary and I did pay Rs 42000 and after that they gave me the papers till then they treated me very ill, I don't know what pleasure they got by doing this to me, may God be with them

My work with Colorstonz was very good, I was working in Colorstonz between 2016-2017,it was a good ed-tech startup. I was a mid-level animator there, educational 3d animations were new to me. Initially, it seemed difficult, initial 2 weeks of training helped me a lot, I learnt a lot here, I had one of the best team lead, he was very encouraging and taught me a lot, the salaries were as per industry standards, the career growth was limited as all the positions in my department were correctly filled, there was no much work tension, easy 9-6 job. I forgot to mention tea was really good there.
