I like the nature of Director Ketan Sir who is so Down to Earth never shows that he is Director of company & over all learner so many things in my 6 years job in colorband only the thing is politics of QC Manager Mr. Pradeep Surve is so worst due to which I have to leave the job .

As I have worked for 6 years but my salary growth is not as good compare to other companies due to the internal politics of QC Lab .

...nature , policy , working style , selection of people , zero professionalism. Salary Vasuli mentality, Chamcha force , they are everywhere around u . One of the partner 75 years old uncultured man who only speak rubbish bulsheet and lots of Gail’s. Only Dumb and duffers are required. If u are result oriented Management will always stop u from progressing . If any posts a positive review about this company is absolutely untrue. This company must have highest turn over of people. Company do not have waaroon of own have to use common toilet located on 7 th floor.

The company is managed by autocratic leaders HR of the company is a puppet, there are no human values I suffered from COVID and the company wanted me to join on 7th day. No ethics at all, no values salaries are pathetic, they tell u to do something but don't let u do that thing.

Colorband is very secure compny also best experience for your growth and bright future.There is good management and work satisfaction also.Simply means that this compny make perfection our works and good skills.here team mates are supportive and management is good.All are fine👍
