Ultimately all,from manager to lower level employee. treated equally. Lame work, no challenge work. Old legacy projects, policies, culture. If you just want to do some sloppy work and get paid. This is the organisation.

No professional growth or financial growth. Nowhere near to market pay standard. Boring legacy projects running from 7-8 years. Suppression from leads. You don't get support from your manager. Too much middle management politics. Too many old people sitting at middle level dragging any progress you want to make to the organisation or yourself at the same. Who just want things to go in their old fashioned way to keep them slow without progress.
