Lame work, no challenge work. Old legacy projects, policies, culture. If you just want to do some sloppy work and get paid. This is the organisation.

No professional growth or financial growth. Nowhere near to market pay standard. Boring legacy projects running from 7-8 years. Suppression from leads. You don't get support from your manager. Too much middle management politics. Too many old people sitting at middle level dragging any progress you want to make to the organisation or yourself at the same. Who just want things to go in their old fashioned way to keep them slow without progress.

Default hikes no matter the performance No learning, just live with whats needed to do your task. Lot of groupism in management as well.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

No salary Hikes, No gifts, No promotions, Individuals favored by managers receive more advantages. The longer you stay lesser will be paid. Some leaders are subpar, constantly introducing their relatives and spouses without any need in requirements and prior experience as well, if they won't perform well leads should handle their work pressure. ..
