...k ethically and respect company policies and respect employee harassment policy. Annual salary hike was always between 15 to 25% depending on your appraisal and fulfillment of annual objectives. On the other had international travel related to work gave me great opportunity to work with global teams worldwide. Very good international travel policy in place. Freedom and empowerment at work place must be appreciated

...ication. Annual leave was very less compared to industry standards in India. No leave carry over was allowed, in case of leave reimbursement only the basic salary available for employees. Domestic travel policy was not appreciable. No car lease policy.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
