Ultimately all,from manager to lower level employee. treated equally. Suggestion other organisations to be followed same "ethics and compliance system " Time flexible & team play ( That mainly depends on manager )

Terrible work life balance at times Management is extremely poor They'll make you work for 24 hrs when there's pressure, even on Saturday Sunday's. Make sure your team is good. It can make a huge difference.

Corporate politics,😭😭. Compensation is way below market level. No care for career growth. Management does lot gimmicks to show they care about employee welfare. In reality their promises will be only in words not in action. One can't expect career growth and financial growth.

Colleagues, management is very supportive. Not much work load or deadline kind of thing. Work life balance is very good.

Everything is good except the salary they give, which is nowhere competitive in market w.r.t. to brand name and other OEMs.
