There is no job security nor an employee was seen in regard of his ability skills and other achievements that benefitted the company in the past. The resolution expertise of an employee were never been appreciated by higher management.
Company is good but sector is unorganised.. company cannot sdo anything in this.. developer requirements are different. Developer approach towards construction is different
Mr Narayan Singh is not fit for general manager position as he doesn't understand the problem raised by site lead he listens only client not his assets. He is useless because of him Colliers will loose many site lead.
1. Lead generation is poor for Sales vertical.
2. One outsider joined as a Senior Executive Director in Jan 2024 & messed up with the complete Office Services Line which later & sooner the top management will realize but I am sure by then it will be too late to fix the damage.
