No job security Politics Structure is not defined Process is not defined Management is confused Fires people once the seasons end Hire people at low salary and remove them after 2 years in order to hire new ones at low salaries No growth At time joining promises different roles and then there different role to do. Promises 6 days working and Saturday's half day but call all Saturday full day. Sundays are also working most of the time

Arjun Gholani he treats employees like we are his servant, Abuses employees gives bad words there's no job security in Collegepond it totally depends on mood of that Arjun if he wants to remove he will remove you onspot everything is good in the company due to this Arjun Gholani I Had to leave the company. he doesn't knows how to speak with employees. and at the time of appraisal he pressurizes employees to leave before appraisal by mentally torturing them. I request everyone if you love your SELF RESPECT Never join this company.
