1.Salary for full time wfh roles 8 K 2. They want a recruiter to do sourcing profiles and reaching out on call to approximately 130-140 leads each day, like a customer support profile they are using calling applications to track the recruiter calls, ensuring the recruiter is speaking with each candidate at least for 2 mins on each calls. 3. Most of the employees getting resigned from their jobs on 3rd month and before completing their probation period that is while 6th month is running.

I didn't like anything about it. They are totally unprofessional and don't assign work properly.

Very low salary. Even a beggar earns more. Very bad work-life balance Seniors are never satisfied with your work

Worst company for the fresher and experienced person as they are really bad at starting they don’t have proper train Structure and hire and fire is very common here they will not even listen your points and not interested in your opinion they will just only do what ever they want to do I recommend please don’t work here

They offer good salary to lure smart and experienced candidates to fire them gradually after few months

There is no job security as one could get fired anytime within initial probation period and on top of it the company holds salary as well to make it worse for employee.

Payment of Salary on-time. Occasional parties and outings.

No work life balance at all. Sometimes had to work till mid-night due to sharp deadlines. If work not done in deadline, was yelled at in the DSM. Poor managerial skills and behaviour. Any assistance from other developers was also very poor. Total Hire and Fire culture. They fire you stating performance issue when it's actually a layoff. If asked what was the performance issue then no answer. Don't expect any job security even if you have good performance. They have clauses in their offer letter like 3 months notice period and not taking job, after resignation, in other companies which are their competition for 2 years otherwise legal action. Join only if you have absolutely no option else don't join.
