The market value of this brand is good all because a very well known and old developer is associated with collated.

Dislikes

The brand works like a local lala company. 2 out of 3 partners are just kids with relatively no experience in the field they are handling. Purely coz it's more of a "family run business" and hence people working for them are either their friends or relatives, so if you're an outsider - your validity purely depends on the accountability your designation has in the brand. Or else you're purely expendable. Internal politics is so mean and clean, that people with zero work experience or freshers would not even realise the game happening towards them. Also an employee named Viral who's more like a puppy or a lapdog for one of the promoter works efficiently to play politics against anyone he thinks could be more talented or deserving than him. The promoters friends and family those work alongside with you will always keep a superiority difference and wait for you to leave to the room by making it socially awkward for you. All in all, don't work here if you have an ambition or aspire to reach a level. The promoters are way too blinded to see your efforts. I'm happy to be not a part of the toxic environment anymore. The only plus point here is the main guy - Shaan Zaveri. He's a gem of a person but yea being the highest in the hierarchy, he doesn't get a sniff of the dirt people beneath him play around with. Either he's too weak in the leadership or his other partners keep him blinded. Who cares! Not my circus not my monkeys!
