... Industry. The work culture is different. You justify your work and you go home. Sadly people expect any employer would pay for sitting idle and not doing anything at work. No employer pays without work few companies chuck you out in next 2-3 months without performance. Your job is secured till the time you work, which is reality.

Nothing as such. It was difficult to get leaves years back but they are improving on everything.

The company is open to innovative and getting a chance to develop skill and full access to using all tools . i love fact that i am a part of a team that reliable , high-quality and global client base .another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collabrotion i also like the emplyeere-hire policy here its good management work life balance ..

One of the worst organization to work with. There is no work timings, you are made to extend your shift to 2 hours without any reason and the management there is pathetic. They do not have any civilized work culture, employees there are abused and treated like animals.
