Okay to be in initial stage of carrier, not to expect much in terms of growth. Will get exposure to multi commodity manufacturing process.

Dislikes

Company CEO doesn't have his own thoughts and decisions. Mostly get biased with others suggestions and takes impulsive decisions without validating the situation. lots of company politics and favouritism. This is not a ideal company to consider for a long run. Many unethical practices happens on regular basis such as use of pirated softwares, change of policies as and when needed as per company convenience.

Only good thing is WFH.

Dislikes

*Except work from home nothing is good. *No work life balance. *Work timing is mentioned flexible but need to complete minimum 9hrs excluding breaks. (which would be 10+ hrs including breaks) *Almost every day have to work for 12-14 hrs. *You have to be Online for both IST and EST time. *Its not 9 to 5 job, actually its 12.00AM to 11.59pm.
