Low pay, already more working hours 10 hours, they create unexpected targets and blame recruiters if submissions isn't happening, constantly we have to be in call which creates very unhealthy for body too..in wfh they already demanding more than 12 hours.. senior recruiters torchers constantly, DMs also torchers . There submission portal is also very slow. NO WORKLIFE BALANCE. constantly bragging about senior managers worked till 10-11 in the night. To motivate. But not everyone is comfortable, brag about collabera is itself a dating platform, the thing is thay they make sure you have no social life apart from collabera...so people eventually Date inside the company. PEOPLE ALSO HAVE COMMINTMENTS APART FROM WORK.WHICH THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND.SATURDAY OFFICIALLY IT IS OFF BUT THEY MAKE YOU WORK FROM 9 A.M. TO 4.30 P.M. YOU ONLY GET 1 DAY FREE.. NEVER JOIN COLLABERA. INSTEAD INVEST IN YOURSELF DO BUSINESS OF OWN , WILL GET SETTLED IN 2 -3 YEARS IF YOU WANT.

... want to work for 13 -14 hours daily and they want to work on weekends as well. no handsome salary, everything is all about incentive.

Nothing Like about this campany. Even if you want leave the campany they never let you go peacefully.

Its an excellent company for Freshers, they can learn a lot here. But for experienced employees, its not worth working here, as it does not pay a good salary as per experience and seniority level. The company is good if you does not look for Financial Growth, as company look for those who can work for in lowest possible salary. Hence they prefer Freshers more than experience employees. The work environment, managers, colleagues, teammates are so good, and have helping and motivating culture.

Dislikes

The company offers lowest salary in the industry, which is bad, and due to that the company is loosing its valuable employees. Even the employees working here since last 5 to 10 years are also leaving company now, due to this. The company never values their biggest asset - That is their Devoted, Committed Employee who spend their precious years for company, worked even on Weekends, and even late after their shift hours.

being into hr recruiting team i have treated very rude and the team was partial to seniors and most terrible is admin team , they are unprofessional , i have a bad experience overall , admin team saif ali hussain is really a flirt and unprofessional.

Dislikes

whenyou are iring from one city to another you should keep the promise of pay you have offered and there is no communication between admin and hiring department for the internal joiners. Also lot of politics and gossips about the teams even though new joiners are not interested to involve with.

They maintain a healthy working environment most of the times.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisals are not at all up to the mark. The recruiters are not even getting 50% of the salary according to the market value. Should provide cab services for the female employees atleast.
