Since day 1 I am on client location, so giving feedback only based on email communications.

Dislikes

1. Not very keen to resolve salary related issues, if your salary is deducted for any given reasons nobody cares to look into that. 2. Medical insurance is of almost no use, very low limit.

Collabera is a staffing shop and not a company. Salary comes on 1st and that is the only thing

Collabera is staffing agency and not a company. They just take commission on you being deployed at client site. Very few leaves are there. No medical insurance. No job security. Your last day at client will be your last day at collabera. HRs are very lazy and they do not bother to redpond to emails/phone calls. No company email id is provided and no escalation matrix is given either.

If you are a passionate individual streamlined and focused to grow individually and with team, the company will give you all leisures and liberty to do so. You will be given the work atmosphere and support and mentorship, given that you have proven your mettle and you have asked for help. Help doesn't walk to you, you have to seek for it and speak in the right ear!

Dislikes

At the current stage with a Bachelor's and PG degree, and now with 2 years of experience the salary is still lower and the growth trajectory of the income graph is stable and smooth. So it feels stagnation when after 2 years it should feel a thrilling and challenging experience.
