Totally fake company , they hired you for short period of time 3 months after that client release without notice period and also not clear your last month salary and full and final settlement from March till date June they didn't pay me full and final settlement. Without experience letter you not even join another company .they play with your life and future. Fraud management.

Company policies are good,Descent salary,Management hearing our issues but no action just only in words

No job security,women emoloyees are not well treated by Male HR people.Not being polite to women associate.

Overall its a good company.on time salary plus incentives.

There is no maternity leave for female employee.they said we will not provide any leave but after 6 months when you are ready to re join.we will hire you but they did not respond .i have tried to contact them several times.

With respect to working in Collabera there is no good experience which I can share.

...n our own. We were a team of 10 people who joined collabera and working for HCL. There was no ontime salary. The project with HCL was over in around 6 months and all 10 of us were just laid off after that as we were working on the same project. Also the communicating HR were from Gujrat who were no where concerned about it.

Collabera is a launching pad for good recruiters they offer good training and skill development programs and other companies offer good amount of money.

Dislikes

...ent is very less and company does not provide cab, food or any other facilities. Salary structure is way too low as compared to other companies.
