Overall, I had a good experience working with Collabera. It has a good company culture with knowledgeable managers and team leads (atleast in my case :), Average Salary but if you are looking for a stable and a long time career at one company, this should be your priority.

There is a little office politics at the management level, a few managers are difficult to deal with.

- HR is not supportive and talks only about what his or her close friends discuss. - if you are a boss friend you can stay or else please - If You will talk to higher management please note your days are less in the company. - Never join Employee relations

They maintain a healthy working environment most of the times.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisals are not at all up to the mark. The recruiters are not even getting 50% of the salary according to the market value. Should provide cab services for the female employees atleast.

nothing is here to like about...3rd grade leaders are there with no leadership skills. Hookup culture..no opportunity for growth. focus on quantity rather than quality...10 submission mandatory a week (Worst resume)... and if do 5 quality submissions they will treat you like u r unproductive.

lack of leadership no opportunity for growth no salary hikes no pickup/drop services overtime sick work schedules. worst recruitments teams with worst/corrupt leaders. favoritism is at its peak in there DO NOT JOIN THEM

...few days. No source of motivation. Too much work load. Long working hours. Bad salary structure.
