Nothing to like. Avoid Colive at all costs. Please do not consider joining colive, despite their attractive salary packages. -Ground team members receive no support from head office when issues arise. -Harpreet from operations demands daily review for the property, yet simple guest amenities are neglected. -Customer tickets are resolved without actual resolution and customer never get there deposit back for that also customer torture property, Manager only. -Adarsha from revenue holds pointless meetings (2nd-7th of every month) for rent collection, while his billing team makes recless errors. -Property managers suffer due to unchecked customer billing. -Targets are set with no intention of providing incentives and salaries are cut for undeserved things. -PF amount are withheld. This company is utterly fraudulent. A recent addition, a relative of CEO Raghu has joined the company, has no discernible role, yet attends meetings to shout and implement unnecessary changes. When seeking solutions, the team promises action, but never follows through. The root of this fraud lie with CEO Mr. Suresh and his wife Mrs. Sundari. I strongly advise against joining this company, as they engage in fraudulent activities that harm both customers and employees. Higher Manager are who only fill there bucket they won’t care for others

Everything No salary on time. Poor management and doing partiality. They will play game while you ask for your own money. You have to beg for your own money & salary. Cheating customer, building owner & employee. Never provide any documents after resignation.

Sometimes they will treat you with outside food in the restaurant or visiting resorts or parties. Little bit of improvement in development skills.

Dislikes

Work culture is really bad. Salary is very less. They will ask us to work even up to mid-night also during weekends. They are not following any work principles. No Work-Life Balance - You will feel like that you are working continuously without any break.
