No career growth, no job security, lower appraisal and salary part, very low travel and expenses policy, highly pressuring

The work life balance is good. Employees working in a hybrid mode in every month.

Salary seems low , specially for those persons who are coming from a different city and staying in Mumbai. Appraisal is also average. Getting Promotion is very difficult here. As a senior analyst in business analytics domain my salary is below average than the whole industry. Sometimes managers use to micro-manage.
