Company is a trusted brand across the world. This is a feel good factor that I am a part of the organisation which produces quality products. Company has high work ethics

...rk. Blame game will start if anything goes wrong. Work environment is stressful. Salary compensation is low. No career path for engineers. Company is in bad shape currently.

The work life balance is good. Employees working in a hybrid mode in every month.

Salary seems low , specially for those persons who are coming from a different city and staying in Mumbai. Appraisal is also average. Getting Promotion is very difficult here. As a senior analyst in business analytics domain my salary is below average than the whole industry. Sometimes managers use to micro-manage.
