Company terminated all employees and they are offering only 3 months basic salary in Covid -19 lockdown . Company is a part of Dalmia group, not expected this type of support from Dalmia group .

Only satisfaction is that worked with a Fintech company, Nothing else. They have already removed all sales, backened, IT, Operation and pan india branch on 16th April 2020... also not released the settlement and Relieving letter.... also not picking up our calls.

Founder left the company on sept 19 also new CEO, Business head and National sales manager are not well aware of the product, technology and process. DIRECTION WAS NOT CLEAR FROM SENIORS....

I had been working here for 2 years, Then i was join here in augst 18 , until then company was average level , everything was going all right But as soon as CVOID-19 arrived , company has been terminated by our staff members, and not support , its very worst company pls dont join this compnay in future.dont waste time & carrier in this company.

Company overall working environment is good and the company started new concept in lending arena as fintech

No one in the higher management has ability to take decision on its own rather delegating to other department for even recruiting someone.

The work culture and the process flow was good with the management I worked with but after the upper level management got changed there was no work-life balance.
