It’s a very fast paced and relatively new organisation, so the exposure to technologies is decent but not exceptional.

Dislikes

...es for a toss with you working on every public holiday and weekends pretty much. Yes they compensate you for it for sure but there has to be a balance between mental peace and compensation.

...s to the management and ever changing project plans are only adding to the woes. Employees are only sticking to this company in the hope that the RSUs (RSU for less salary was a bad negotiation) are worth something if/when the company goes IPO

Work Life Balance and company culture is good

Dislikes

No skill development in my line of business compare to other LOB, Salary increments are there but it’s not Upto the market and they give RSU components every quarter but it will not reflect as a monetary benefit

Good people, helpful seniors, good manager. No micromanagement. Proper technical work based on the role. Work Quality was very good. Good work life balance. Not much intervention from management about how work is done. Work was appreciated when done and mentioned on the spot where improvement was required

A startup with a client base that wud be the envy of an established large company... Hence the need to constantly innovate to meet client expectations... This may cause a bit of hectic schedules ...so can be seen as a bit of hastle in the short term ...but the good thing is the company product is in demand.
