...ransparency of work is there. You will get a decent hike as per market standard. Year end bonus is full. Work life balance is there but it will vary release to release. Colleagues and managers are easily approachable. Company overall maintain a good connection with employees. Hybrid work module is there. Flexible work hours. No strict durations of daily work.

Dislikes

Work life balance depends upon the team or product you're working. It will vary in situations. Sometimes releases are short but deliverables will be more. So you will get pressure. Some team management decision are made in US and controlled from there. Favoritism, partiality towards individual are there. So some situations you may feel upset, unsupported and disconnected. Work load balancing is not there. Managers need to make all efficient and maintain better ratio in head counts in different technologies. People, who are working less or get assigned less task due to average skills give good rating in work life balance. :-)

Salary hike was good and office location.

Work culture is quite bad and I eventually need to resign within a year itself since all of my colleagues were good politicians and you can imagine than how good will be the manager

Robust customer base with solid products. Customers are high worth enterprises, so work is impactful and challenging. Tech stack is old but improving. Work life balance was good atleast till an year back. People culture is excellent. People are approachable and helpful.

Dislikes

...mpany plans to stay private or IPO. To sell or to continue with existing owners. Compensation is average with no Equity or stock unit conversion. Very high attrition and management has no interest in controlling it.

... growth, since no emerging products worked, legacy architects, legacy mindset. Low compensation as compared to market. No clear vision for company, shrinking ship.

...s to the management and ever changing project plans are only adding to the woes. Employees are only sticking to this company in the hope that the RSUs (RSU for less salary was a bad negotiation) are worth something if/when the company goes IPO
