Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Poor work life balance, No major salary benifits. Even they gave 0% increment to 10% employees in March 23 increment. Medical insurance is paid. No food facility in few locations. Nothing to say positive about this organization.

The main problem is salary issue. Less salary compared to other companies and while coming from increments, generally a company need to pay accordingly the performance but they pay only % basis.

We introduce many preventive measures at very early stage viz. Cloth mask , Sanitization , microbial treatment at frequent levels across premises , pack foods with use & throw glass for tea and water , Bus transportation with required social distancing , conduct Virtual meeting and have virtual meet with visitors.
