Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Nothing was there to like about the company, they only know how to cheat people.

Dislikes

Exploiting employees is their character, fooling employees with future salary increment promises and promotions is their way of hiring deserving employees. If someone is lucky enough to know about the real character of the company before joining, then only one can be saved. I wish People believe on the feedback which ambition box/Glassdoor kind of companies are showing about them. Moreover, if someone wants to know please contact the top IIMs/ ISBs you will get to know and also connect with ex-Cogo from 2022,2023,2024

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Dislikes

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not

Seniors were Good. You will get good projects (which you can get in any product based company)

Dislikes

No work life balance. No policy followed. They will cut your salary each and every month and also don't give it on time. They can fire you anytime.
