What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not

...e we had to buy our own MacBooks promising us to pay in the next coming 2 years. Also cutting the salary according to each month's rating. surviving this much we still worked hard and at last they asked 120-150 employees to resign at once stating that our performance was not up to the mark and saying that it is not a mass layoff. They are not providing any severance to the people who are made to resign forcefully asking them to leave the job in one day's notice. They haven't even given salaries to the people working here currently for the past 1 month who are working continuously working 11-12 hours daily for the past 15-20 days. They have terminated jobs of top tire colleges such as IITs and IIMs.

The company offers competitive compensation packages and timely performance-based bonuses, recognizing and rewarding employees for their hard work and dedication.

There's nothing like a con. You can adjust nicely.

...feels like you are in a jail You can get fired anyday without any proper reason wont get salary on time always getting salary after 10th

They deduct salary illegally from your fixed pay without getting you sign any new offer letter. They want immediate sales from you otherwise you will get 25% salary only. Fraud company. Do not get yourself trapped here.

Dislikes

They don't want to do business they just want to fill their own pocket. They will show you absent on your salary slips to deduct salary. Salary was never on time. There is no fixed date to pay salary.
