Overall CTS is good. Some changes still require like cross skills project opportunity for employee. CSR group is very active, appreciate it. Work life balance is good. Also is was great that they generating lot of jobs for freshers. Great contribution to society as well. As compare to other MNC CTS a good one.

Dislikes

Salary is less as compare to market. Less promotions. Transport services need to provide to employees. They should start with ESPP services.

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

Despite the fact that cognizant is not directly involved, the management team is the worst because I had a bad rating once and spoke with my HR about it. She said that it was illogical to claim to be able to speak Hindi, and they do not care about employees. While some employees are excellent, favoritism is a non-issue in the Kolkata office. I will not receive any better senior support that would help me start from scratch.
