The environment is pretty good and gets to learn new things.Also workload is manageable.

...curity. Silent layoffs are done in a disrespectful way including good employees. Very low salary for employees. And mainly doesn't settles your remaining amount after your resignation.

It's a service based company like other WITCHA companies. Every thing will depend on the type of project you get and your manager. 10 hour shift which was introduced during covid because everyone was working from home is still going on Might get stagnated after few years.

Extremely low salary Even when eligible, requests for pay increases go unanswered. Equal-level roles are paid differently, which is blatantly rude. People with the same amount of experience in various technology stacks differ by 1.5–1.6 times on average.

... for 8-9 hours everyday to the management while working for 3rd party companies. I've been working for more than a year inthe company and still there is no hike in salary or promotion. People don't care about your well being.
