They are doing background verification by: 1. UAN Service History (Unethical Practice) 2. All past companies PF statements 3. All past companies HR and Managers Email Id and Mobile Number (Unethical) 4. Experience Letters of all past companies. 5. Bank statements of all past companies. 6. Salary Slip of all past companies. Apart from this: Managers don't trust employees. No timely hikes and promotions. Dictatorship is very common.

Has some big accounts and reputed clients and projects. Good compensation structure and leave structure.

Normal appraisal, and no arears are given even after delaying the appraisal payout by 6 months or more.
