For me not giving salary hike as per my payable work for last 3 years but it depends on projects to projects and manager's not a company issue.

Cognizant work culture was good but because of New CEO Ravi kumar S . Cognizant culture become worst.he has not increasing payment of the employees till 36 month .

Don't join this organization. 0% job security and only one person is getting benefits in Cognizant and that one is CEO They will but certain condition to not increase your salary.

You can prepare for other competitive exams bcoz you’ll be on bench definitely This is a good place for those who do not want to do anything and can be happy with minimum salary.

Long long bench periods Your personal growth/Overall development will be stopped No good hikes and promotions. Overall my experience is v bad with this company.

There is not much to like apart from my team and flexible working hours(this also varies from team to team). Thankfully I have a really good and supportive team who never are all really kind and helpful. They are the best!

... value. Their is a very less chance for appraisal. I joined with a package of 4.5LPA only to find out later I will start with 4LPA and only after 1 year will my salary be increased to 4.5LPA. While my colleagues in other companies went from 4.5 to 6-7LPA, I got what was supposed to be my initial income.

Poor work culture and no salary benifits as well as partiality if you are not Tamil. If you're not Tamil you're never going onsite or getting a good hike or even latest technologies projects. You can't choose what technology you wish to work on ever.
