Work life balance,learning and development initiatives,salary(comes at cost of job security)

No Job security.Never seen as much silent layoffs than any company I have worked with. Use and throw policy for people.Hiring managers are pathetic .They don't even reply to a mail ..forget about taking care of employees..No yearly hike ..they just keep postponing the hikes(eg ,for year 2024)

No ownership of people at authoritative level. Zero concern for employee . I was promised by the HR that I will get the salary for three months notice period but after I resigned nothing I got . Worst experience working in this company.

Work life balance is good. There is no pressure on employees.

They will not pay correctly when your in notice period. They will cut the salary without any reason.if you ask for the reason. They will tell blaaa...bla....no proper reason will provide

1. Salary 2. Scope to learn and apply it in project. CTS provides access to Udemy where we can enroll into courses as much as we want, but our team faced lack of opportunities to apply them in project.

It is good for beginners, avoid going into support project as they will make you work even on your sick days off. And HR wont help in this case either.

Dislikes

..., you will have to look for another one on your own , else they will remove you. Used to pay fairly but is now as good as literally any other company like TCS, Infosys in terms of both work quality and compensation. No real way to move vertically based on merit unlike TCS.
