...e. The main reason is Leadership team here don't have Vision to Run the company. Their mindset like getting my salary and my pocket is full don't care about my reportees. The people who works more than 10 years , during their last working day not even getting Fair send off in most of the projects. And the project i worked, members splits into North and South, Guys acknowledge the talent based on the skill set not based on the place where they coming from. If you are fresher don't join this company better improve your skill set work some product base who receive the talent based on your skill set. HR connection is like automated mails. we are working working working not sure what they are doing, you won't get any support from them.

Cognizant is my first company where I grew up myself with good knowledge.. It gives us an opportunity to shine ourself in different terms like innovation, ideas in the technology development etc... Friendliness with our colleagues, work atmosphere makes us to work happily...

Good compensation but very slowness in the growth level.. Delay in promotions.. And some times dissatisfied in the hike.

I joined here for a project in insurance domain, even after 5 years they are not moving me to other domains or other suitable roles after requesting many times.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is less and extra benifits nil. Career growth is slow. Normal Working hours is 10 hours. Need work more than 10 hours everyday.

You'll go school everyday and work for 10hr but your salary will credited for 9hr, high level of micromanagement, you are notified supposed to take leave irrespective of any scenario (Parental leave or even your own family died) they'll convince you to take leave for 2-5days only. Everyday there will be special warning session with management for 1 hrs with whole floor (e.g, if you are not meeting up the target you'll be sacked, etc etc)
