...ith. But I should say it also purely depends on the team which we have put into. The salary is higher for freshers and lateral compared to other companies.

We cannot expect good ratings and promotion even if we deserve it. As they ask you to work 10 hrs continuously, you will not have time to develop your skills.

Job is secure, the work life balance as they are only asking to join office for 2 days as of now, also depends upon projects

Dislikes

No Appraisal/Appreciations/Salary hike is also very low, Even you have given them more then 100% of of efforts with full results and appreciation from client are there but managers and Hr's won't budge while asking for better Appraisal or Ratings

There is nothing to say on this. It employs a huge chunk of freshers then fires them after 2 years coz the company doesn't want to pay fair increment or incentives.

The managers behave like your dad and there is severe lack of common sense and professionalism.

Its a very colaborative organization. Job security is high compared to others

Salary hikes should have been more aggressive as per industry standards. It would reduce attrition to a great extent. Should increase more perks.

You can expect moderate amount of work and less scrutiny while ample opportunities for learning are available. Also very nice working culture

Dislikes

The Appraisal cycles are always confusing and usually you can't expect much in terms of Salary or increments. Working hours: 9 am to 7 pm. Mismanagement is a problem at times.
