You will get to learn. But don't expect much you are on your own. You won't get appreciated unless you beg for it.

Dislikes

People expect you to have a thick skin. They tell you to shut up when they know they are wrong. No sense of ownership. No sense of belonging. They bully employees especially younger joinee with lesses knowledge. You might learn a little here. General employees are nice but the higher authorities are heartless.
