Salary Paid on time along with leave and holidays benefits which an individual would love to have.

Dislikes

No proper work culture No guidance to new joiners No product/ company training to new employee No regular feedback / updates from HR No proper sales /product/service training at regular intervals Too much of micromanagement organization

Lots of Learning Opportunities. Management and Seniors are very helpful and very easy to get in touch with.

Dislikes

There is no process as such, do the task when it comes. It would have been better if there was some Sprints-like structure.

Work from home Mon- fri job Day time work

Dislikes

No work life balance Least job security Least training for new comers Had to work even on most weekends Few employees were least responsive when calling due to which work gets delayed many times. Least support from senior management No discussion happened when an employee is facing an issue.
