Lots of Learning Opportunities. Management and Seniors are very helpful and very easy to get in touch with.

Dislikes

There is no process as such, do the task when it comes. It would have been better if there was some Sprints-like structure.

No work life balance Least job security Least training for new comers Had to work even on most weekends Few employees were least responsive when calling due to which work gets delayed many times. Least support from senior management No discussion happened when an employee is facing an issue.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
