Exceeded involvement of management in all activities and micro managing at every level. You can imagine if a founder of the company that started in 2003 says to keep him in cc in all reqs and subs. Your experience Is of no use ultimately you will have to do what they say and no need of using your experience or knowledge. They even go to heights of asking you to do unethical process of stealing other vendors candidates. They ask you to work on weekends for this unethical process.
