Company culture and environment is excellent, very friendly and supporting staff and seniors.

Work load on a single person is equal of two persons. I don't know why they didn't recruiting the staff to divide the work pressure from existing staff. Need to think about, currently I am working 14-15 hours a day and my work life balance is badly affected.

Team Working with Positive Attitude. All seniors & management full supportive. Company gives us full types of facilities. Insurance policy full family mediclaim. Time to Time follow up Insurance policy Mediclaim & Etc.

Non job security at all, no work culture, management has unfairness and favoring some one of choice unfairly, opposite act to the company policy and core values like Integrity, Inclusiveness, Innovation and Sustainability

Dislikes

No team work, no training program, no job security, no opportunity to grow, nothing, unfairness in salary/appraisal, no work environment, innovation is zero, no sustainability of job so work-life is always under fear.
