The worst company they can't pay you .... they deduct your salary by half even if you worked everyday for a month.... the office timing is 9am to 7 pm mon to sat ..... they have low employees respect ... they will demoralize you every day .. they will go personal ....

...they also advise us to abuse and heart ego of client when they not make payment. They cut salary if you missed to work for even 1 hour in CRM there show every activity. If you logout 15 mintuest before of your leaving time they call you and scold you. They don't provide company sim card you have to call aur chat with personal no. With clients. I worked 7 months there I not saw anyones face not even of my team leader and they will not share there details with you not even full name because you will search there profiles. They don't have any office all leaders worked from home.They will go personally if your target not achieved. And you have to tell one to days when your salary comes to send salary you have to beg for your salary then they will send you. They don't do itself. my incentive has not been given to me yet. Don't do job at Cofagr.

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Team leaders are the biggest scamers and worst people ever they scold you for not giving them enough clients payment and use abusing words. I’ve been working from 2 months and still my incentive are pending and that so called team leader mf she thinks she’s the only person who can do this job and take payment from clients. This company is totally fraud if you got any calls please avoid and don’t trust them. They even don’t have any office all are working from home. The TL I’ve allotted she and her mf husband is working together and taking advantage of people by manipulating them for payment.
