Salary structure in OK & given on time.As this company is MNC it has travelling a lot to some departmental cadres.Politics is there but less effective than before. No innovation as you have to depend on european companies for it, so very less chances of innovation.Work life balance is average/good. Working environment is average.

Not specifically but about leave plan approval and waiting for approval leave . Also we have same issue from account didn't settle claim quicley. Need more time to settle.

Coesia is a nice group in the packaging field. I love this organization because I am founder member of this company I am giving lot of contribution in my field .It is not a company it is my family .

New management is not good and last 4 years business was very less against first 3 years

Politics of management and higher management has purely termite'd the culture and ethics of company. working with targets almost achievable and without training or proper planning has worsen the situation.
