I appreciate the opportunity to work at CODOID INNOVATIONS. However, I would like to share a concern about the salary for freshers. Many startups offer a minimum of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000, and several individuals join IT for financial stability. A slight salary hike could support those from weaker backgrounds and improve retention.

CODOID innovation is my First Company, I have worked as a Software testing engineer for past 2 years 2months at CODOID Innovations CODOID is basically a Software testing company currently they more concentrated in development too and also they have there own product too They also provide many skill development and ISTQB training as well as they have their own R&D team mostly they involved their most of the employees in R&D team and they guide them as well as get external knowledge for the people as well as they have shared their knowledge to their employees too Really the Best Work Environment and The Best Work Culture I had in CODOID. People are so friendly, helpful there is no partiality between people they will treat us like a family we can easily reach out anyone for our query About the Work Culture: There is no restriction in time we have to do our task between the machine hour if we don't that we can move to next thing. Also we can tell our own suggestion regarding anything as well as project everybody will listen and they will give better reply and if we have any query they will gave us a better solution and they will help us to relieve from the issue. They have haven't seen the seniority kind of thing if you have a capability they will encourage to do it and they will guide us in a properly was they will teach us. They Trust us that is the core key in CODOID. They TRUST their Employees

In our CODOID everything is good and Better compare to Others only thing the salary/Appraisal compare to others salary and increment(appraisal) small but you guys will get too much experience and knowledge and development from CODOID

The Company is growing day by day with employees. There are many opportunities for people to learn and show their expertise in the field. If you are in Codoid you can learn every day and can see yourself grow.

It's my first time working in any company and believe me when I say this codoid is great . You can learn a lot of things here as there is a lot of opportunities like say in frontend, backend , app or cloud .Where it won't be possible elsewhere.
