Learning is good at this place. If you are a fresher everything else is worst.

Dislikes

Unnecessary work pressure, extended working hours, low salary, work on weekends, difficult leave approvals, poorest management, undefined salary deductions, salary compared to actual package is very low, no overtime compensation. Overall not a good place to join expect if you are struggling finding a job elsewhere. Google reviews are all fake which are forcefully posted by the new comers.

I really like working with RS, Rahul and Mohit , because it’s a lot to learn , however only for those who really wants to learn, Someone who doesn’t want to work, this company is not fit for them , :) I enjoy challenging work and that’s why I really really liked working with my seniors

Worst company ever i seen. No work life balance, no satisfactory salary. I was having 1 year of experience but they was giving me 19K per month (In hand) while my ctc was 6.3LPA. Rest of all is variable which i never get.

Dislikes

Worst company ever. No work life balance, no leaves (paid not as well as unpaid), You have to work all Saturdays and most of the time also on Sunday. Worst management. HR never replies your mail for any of the issue.
