No paperwork provided only offer letter, no salary slip, deductions of 500 to 1000 for irrelevant reasons, no compensation, no salary slip, no standard he policies followed, inflexible notice period, favouritism, no job security, very low starting salary of 4000 in starting in probation for freshers, no morals and career graph. In name resource utilization they will push to work with no recognition and if a person from management have an issue due to his personal thinking or views will be after your life. Don't join this company. You might learn being pushed so hard but work life balance is miserable.

Company culture is deeply rooted to male dominant, while there is job security to have in its some department with low pay scale. Management does not seems to be thinking or working for employee work life balance. They only make employees work to get money for themselves and also not to spend same in new process.

Dislikes

Company culture and structure is hard to work on. Management mainly focus on betterment of the monetary strength of themselves. They don't distribute the same among the employees.
