- Company Culture - Flexible work timings - Work life balance - On time Salary - Positive attitude colleagues (obviously not everyone) - Can take WFH when needed - Heavy growth and learning on your own technology

Dislikes

- Some of the seniors have really bad attitude who plays bad politics - lack of growth and exposure on different fields, say if you are a Node.Js developer and joined as a intern or junior you can reach success till a lead position, but limited to Node.Js only, if you think you can add some frontend to become Full stack, there is a problem you will not be able to do that. - limited number of technology used - old methodology follows, ("if it is working don't touch it" kind of)

Some areas where the company could improve is salary structure, professional support like training courses, certifications and mentorship programs to continuously improve the employee skills and knowledge.
