I had a disappointing experience with CodePix company. The CEO, Amol Rokade, lacks effective leadership skills and fails to treat employees with respect. Instead of offering assistance when employees encounter coding challenges, he engages in arguments. Payment is often delayed by 14-15 days, sometimes even in installments, and promises regarding payment are frequently unfulfilled, causing unnecessary stress for employees. Moreover, the company's hiring process is misleading, as new hires are subjected to a 10-day 'performance test'. I would advise caution before considering employment with this company.
